We’re pleased to present our new ordering system! We built it to streamline the ordering process and make your experience smoother, from choosing your cake to picking it up. You can now place your order online anytime, see prices as you choose, check everything before you send it, and follow your order’s status with your own private link.
Below is a step-by-step walkthrough. Jump to the part that matches what you’d like to order:
What's new
- Order anytime, from your phone. No need to wait for a reply to start your order.
- Prices as you go. Cake bars and cupcakes show their price, and the total updates as you change quantities.
- Check before you send. You’ll see your whole order on one screen before it’s sent.
- Your own order link. See your order’s status, price, what you’ve paid and your balance anytime.
- Pay at the store, even without the price on hand. Our cashier can look up your order and take your payment.
- Several cakes, one order. Celebrating more than one occasion? Add up to 5 cakes in a single order, each with its own details and photos.
Step 1: Choose what you'd like to order
Open the order form and pick one of three choices: Custom cake, Dessert buffet, or Cake bars & cupcakes. Ordering more than one cake? You can add up to 5 cakes in one order (see Ordering more than one cake).
Ordering a custom cake
Tell us about your cake
Choose your cake size and flavor, then describe the cake design you have in mind: theme, colors, toppers or characters. Add the dedication or message, and the celebrant’s name and age. Not sure about the size or flavor yet? Choose “Not sure yet” and we’ll help you decide on Messenger.
Have a picture of the design you like? Tap Add photo to attach up to 3 reference photos. Screenshots from Facebook or Pinterest are perfect.
Ordering more than one cake?
Tap + Add another cake below your first cake. A new card for Cake 2 appears with the same details: size, flavor, design, dedication, celebrant and up to 3 reference photos. You can add up to 5 cakes in one order, and tap Remove on any extra cake you don’t need. When you review your order, each cake is listed separately, and your Messenger message includes all of them.
Add cake bars or cupcakes (optional)
Want treats to go with your cake? Tick Add cake bars or cupcakes to my order. The list opens, so you can tick the items you want and set how many with the − and + buttons. Each item shows its price, and the price updates when you change the quantity. If you change your mind, untick the box and your picks are cleared.
Then continue to Finishing your order.
Booking a dessert buffet
Choose your package and tell us about the event
Pick your dessert buffet package. Each one shows what’s included and its price. Then choose the type of event, and add the motif and the celebrant’s name (and age for birthdays). Let us know if your caterer will provide a dessert table: choose Yes, No, please bring one, or Not sure yet. If you’re not sure, we’ll check with you before the event.
Setup at your venue is included. Venues outside our free delivery area pay a transportation fee depending on the distance.
Package A? Add a separate custom cake
Package A doesn’t include a cake, so it has an extra option: Add a separate custom cake. Tick it to order a cake with your buffet, then choose the cake size and flavor, add a dedication, and describe the design. You can attach reference photos here too. Packages B, C and D already include a cake, so for those you just describe the cake design you’d like.
Your event date, time and venue
Enter the exact date and time of your event and the venue. Dessert buffets need to be booked at least 3 days ahead. For anything sooner, message or call us.
Before you continue, read the payment and equipment pickup terms on the form and tick the box to confirm. Then continue to Finishing your order.
Ordering cake bars and cupcakes
Just want treats? Choose Cake bars & cupcakes in Step 1. You’ll see our full list: cupcakes, Chocomoist, Revel, red velvet, vanilla, mango, ube and mocha bars, cinnamon rolls, cookies and cake pops. Tick what you’d like and set how many. Every item shows its price, and the total updates as you go.
Then continue to Finishing your order.
Finishing your order (for all orders)
When and where
Choose the date and time, and whether you’ll pick up at the shop or want it delivered. Pickup and delivery times are from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Same-day orders are OK as long as the time is at least 5 hours from now, and the form shows you the earliest time you can choose. For delivery, add your address. The form shows the delivery fee and when payment is due.
Payment
Choose how you’ll pay: GCash, Maya, BPI online bank transfer, or cash. The cash options match your choice. Cash on pickup shows for pickup orders, and Cash (Drop at the store) shows for deliveries.
Your details
Add the contact person and contact number. Please include your Facebook name as shown on Messenger so we can find your chat quickly. Anything else we should know, like allergies or questions? Add it in the last box.
Check your order before sending
Tap Review my order. You’ll see everything on one screen, exactly as we’ll receive it. If you added cake bars, cupcakes or a separate cake, they’re highlighted at the top in an Also adding to your order box, with the total for those items. Something wrong? Tap Edit my order, fix it, and review again. When it all looks right, tap Confirm & send order.
Send your order to us on Messenger
You’ll get your order number (for example, ORD-0128). Keep it handy. Tap the blue Send my order on Messenger button. Your order number and all your details are already typed in, plus a link to your order. If the chat opens empty, tap Copy order details and paste it into the chat. We’ll reply with the price and any questions about your design. Your order is confirmed once the price is agreed.
Follow your order with your private link
Tap View my order (it’s also in your Messenger message) to open your order’s page anytime. It shows:
- your order’s progress: Received, Confirmed, Ready, Completed;
- the price, any delivery or transportation fee, what you’ve paid so far, and your balance;
- all your order details.
The page is private to you and can’t be edited. To change anything, message us with your order number. For your privacy, the link stops working 24 hours after your order is completed.
Paying at the store
You can pay your balance or a downpayment at our store anytime. Just give our cashier your Facebook name or order number. They’ll find your order, see your price and remaining balance, and take your payment right there. You’ll get a receipt, and your balance updates on your order page.
